As an Administrative Assistant, you will work with a team of professionals responsible for managing the office, receiving visitors, and dispatching phone calls.
This position requires outstanding communication skills in both English and Japanese, organizational aptitude, and most importantly, the ability to get things done—efficiently, creatively and on schedule.
