Due to a number of upcoming internal promotions in our Tokyo office, and we are looking for Japanese speaking Associate Consultants (trainee recruitment consultants) to join multiple teams in the Tokyo office.

What will I be doing?
As an Associate Consultant, you will be given all the training and support you need to launch a long term career working for a specialist consultancy. You will be supporting a team of successful Recruitment Consultants to place candidates into Fortune 500 companies here in Tokyo. 99% of our client base are international well-known brands. Your key accountabilities will include cold calling newly generated contacts to understand their career needs and aspirations. You will be trained to pitch opportunities and provide expert career advice to ensure strong self branding. You will be mapping out the market and generating new business leads for Consultants and building new relationships by using various methods such as advertising, generating referrals, attending networking events, social media and headhunting.
We are keen to speak to candidates who are just starting out their career in recruitment as well as those who are looking to career change into recruitment. With our in house training and development, you will quickly progress to managing your own portfolio of clients, attending client briefings and reviews, interview candidates, and liaise with clients and candidates to fulfil their recruitment requirements.

Skills / Experience:
You will already be based in Tokyo or have plans to relocate to Tokyo within the next 3 months in order to be considered.
