Job Title: R&D / Mechanical Design Engineer (Precision Measuring Instruments)

Core Responsibilities

• Conceptual & Detailed Design: Develop and execute conceptual design, basic design, and design evaluations for articulated 3D measuring machines.

• Design Reviews: Organize, lead, and facilitate Design Reviews (DR).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and assembly teams.

• Product Development: Formulate project plans and proposals for new product developments, modifications, and customized engineering solutions.

Key Equipment & Focus

• Product: Articulated 3D measuring equipment (essential machinery used primarily in automotive research, development, and production line testing).

• Scope: Handling custom-tailored client specifications and specialized builds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

• Education: Science or Engineering background (Bachelor's degree or higher / 大学・大学院 理系卒)

• Experience: Mechanical Design experience (機械設計経験)

• License: Japanese Class 1 Ordinary Automobile Driver's License (第一種運転免許普通自動車)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Technical: Experience with Structural Analysis (構造解析経験)

• Leadership: Experience as a department or project leader/manager (部署やプロジェクトのリーダー経験)
