・Demand planning manager is responsible for product supply execution and management as a key function of product supply chain within
・Plan seasonal OTB along with brand sales plan and merchandising initiative communicating with global counterpart for the purchase/ shipment manage order allocation after goods receiving.
・Analize and provide all the information relating orderbook sell thru and inventory. Lead necessary action for supply shortage delay and excess inventory.
・Lead and manage systematic projects relating supply chain to develop seamless supply process effectively.
・Other tasks include; manage team members sales summary for business analysis seasonal order management product inbound tracking order allocation inventory liquidation and supporting quality control incidents.

・Lead seasonal OTB planning and communication
・Control on time shipment
・Manage appropriate inventory develop liquidation planning
・Manage overall product supply execution
・Engage in seasonal forecast planning and entry in system
・Order book analysis
・Conduct order allocation execution
・Lead supply chain project as necessary
・Support sell thru analysis
・Lead tracking tool development （Power BI etc）
・Product file set up support
・System support（SAP）
・S OP report sharing to internal / global counterpart
・Support QC incidents when notified by Salomon HQ team and after service team in Japan

・3+ years of experience in product supply chain / demand planning management
・Business level English skill
・Strong skill in Microsoft Excel
・Experience of leading project within supply chain management （ex: ERP demand planning inventory control system）
・Strong analytical and problem solving skills
・Passion for outdoor / sport activities
・Excellent communication skills to work across different functions
・Skill / knowledge for Power BI （dashboard creation Power Query）
・Experience using ERP system with SAP is a plus
・Experience in working in sport industry or consumer goods industry is a plus
・Experience in working in omni channel environment is a plus
