製品開発戦略・ロードマップの策定、顧客RFQおよび技術要件のレビュー・最適なシステムアーキテクチャの定義
Define and drive product development strategy roadmap and high level solutions;
review customer RFQs and technical requirements to identify optimal system architectures.

【技術研究および仕様策定】新技術の研究・試作推進、機能領域ごとの詳細技術要件の作成、ハードウェア・ソフトウェア・テストチームとの連携
Lead/support new technology research and prototyping;
create detailed technical requirements across functional domains in close collaboration with HW/SW/Test teams.

【回路・RF帯域仕様の定義】回路図の解読・インターフェース定義、各地域の電波規制・顧客仕様に応じたRF帯域（LTE/5G/NR、キャリアアグリゲーション）の構成設定
Read/interpret HW schematics to define HW SW interfaces;
define and configure RF band support （LTE/5G/NR carrier aggregation） according to regional regulatory and customer specifications.

Provide software technical support across our Automotive product line;
deliver prompt on site support across Japan to resolve application level issues effectively.

必須（MUST）
・無線通信システム開発実務経験8年以上（車載テレマティクスまたは組込みIoT領域歓迎）
・システムアーキテクトとしての経験3年以上、かつ組込みソフトウェア（Linux/Androidドライバ開発等）開発経験3年以上
・C/C++、JAVA、Linux Shell等のプログラミングスキル、および高度な分析・トラブルシューティング能力
・組込みLinux、リアルタイム組込みOS（PCIe USB Ethernet等）、無線規格（3GPP C V2X GNSS等）、サイバーセキュリティ、ASPICE等の車載品質規格に関する知見
・ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力（グローバルチームおよび顧客との円滑なコミュニケーション）

8+ years of experience in wireless communication system development （Automotive Telematics / Embedded IoT preferred）.
3+ years at System Architect level AND 3+ years in hands on embedded SW R D （Linux/Android driver dev architecture）.
Proficiency in C/C++ JAVA Linux Shell with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Deep expertise in Embedded Linux Wireless standards （3GPP C V2X GNSS） Automotive quality/security standards （ASPICE ISO 21434）.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese.
