Product Specialist ? Cable Carriers

As a Cable Carrier Product Specialist, you will begin your career in an inside technical sales role, developing strong product knowledge and customer support expertise before transitioning into a product management function.

You will play a key role in product expansion, technical support, market development, and collaboration with global teams, helping drive the growth of cable carrier solutions in the Japanese market.

■Key Responsibilities
-Provide technical support and product selection assistance for customers and internal sales teams.
-Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
-Develop and execute product expansion and market development strategies.
-Support marketing initiatives, product campaigns, and catalog development.
-Provide technical training and support for sales teams.
-Serve as the technical liaison with global headquarters.
-Support customer projects, regulatory inquiries, and factory coordination activities.
-Accompany sales teams on customer visits and technical meetings when required.
