Final Assembly Supervisor

・Lead assigned production assembly teams to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives while ensuring operational efficiency and product quality.
・Set performance targets, implement action plans, and monitor results to drive continuous improvement across production operations.
・Facilitate problem-solving activities and quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of operational excellence and teamwork.
・Support workforce management activities, including team development, performance management, coaching, and employee engagement.
・Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, proactively identifying risks and implementing measures to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve performance, and support business objectives.
