＜スクールナースとして＞
スクールナースとして、保健センターで生徒の心身の健康管理を担っていただきます。寮スタッフと連携しながら、安全で安心できる環境のなかで、健康相談や医療的支援、健康教育など幅広いサポートを行っていただくポジションです。

想定年収：550万～700万円
※年収には、月50時間分※の固定残業代（時間外労働・休日労働・深夜労働分を含む）が含まれます。
月給：339,920円（固定残業代135,080円を含む）～434,914円（固定残業代173,420円を含む）

※Annual salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 50 hours* per month (covering overtime, holiday, and late-night work)
※Monthly Pay: ¥339,920 (incl. fixed overtime¥135,080) – ¥434,914 (incl. fixed overtime¥173,420)

【就業時間 / Working Hours】
日勤：8:00～17:00／11:00～20:00（実働8時間・休憩1時間）
夜勤：16:30～翌9:00（実働13.5時間・休憩3時間）
※日勤・夜勤の2交替制
※週平均勤務時間：約40時間
■残業：学期中は24時間365日体制で対応しており、状況に応じて時間外勤務が発生する場合があります
■シフト制（土日勤務を含む）

Day: 8:00-17:00/11:00–20:00 (8h + 1h break)
Night: 16:30–09:00 (next day, 13.5h + 3h break)
※Two-shift system, ~40 hrs/week
■24/7 coverage during school term; overtime may be required
■Working Days：Shift-based, including weekends

【必須要件 / Required Qualifications】

• 正看護師資格をお持ちの方
• 実務経験3年以上（国内・海外いずれの経験も可）
• 学士号または同等の学歴を有する方
• 語学力
  日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（医療機関との連携・調整業務に必要）
  英語：生徒への健康指導や健康相談に対応できるレベル
• Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years’ experience (domestic/international)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Language skills:
  - Japanese: Business to native level (for medical coordination)
  - English: Able to provide health guidance and consultations to students
