急成長アグリテック企業の日本事業を、立ち上げから運営まで担う。

営業主導ではなく、オペレーション・プロダクト主導のCOOポジションです。複雑な生産・エンジニアリングのオペレーションを率いた経験を活かし、新しいテクノロジーの日本での拡大を自ら形づくりたい方に最適です。

業務内容

日本CEOに直属し、米国のグローバルCOOともマトリクスで連携。生産オペレーション、コマーシャル、プロジェクト各部門を含む日本組織を統括し、グローバルのコーポレート部門（財務・人事・R&D）との橋渡し役を担います。

グローバル展開と連動した新拠点の建設・プロジェクトポートフォリオを主導し、24時間365日稼働の複数拠点オペレーション（食品安全、コンプライアンス、KPI、栽培から梱包・物流まで）を構築・運営します。また、グローバル戦略に沿ってマーケティング・事業開発と連携し、日本での事業化を推進します。

Company framing: A US-headquartered (外資系 / 米系) agri-tech growth company combining vertical farming and robotics, now expanding its operations in Japan.

Build and run the Japan business of a fast-growing agri-tech company.

This is an operations- and product-led COO role, not a sales role. If you have run complex production or engineering operations and want to shape how a new technology scales in Japan, this is a rare chance to own it end to end.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Japan CEO, with a matrix line to the global COO in the US, you'll lead the Japan organisation across production operations, commercial and project functions, and act as the local bridge to global corporate teams (finance, HR, R&D).

You'll lead the construction and project portfolio for new cultivation sites in step with global deployment, and build and run multi-site, 24/7 operations — food safety, compliance, KPIs, and the full flow from cultivation to packing and distribution. You'll also drive commercialisation in Japan, working with marketing and business development in line with global strategy.
