金融機関やデータセンターなど、ダウンタイムが許されない環境での経験をお持ちの方へ。日本・韓国のエンジニアリングアシュアランスを統括するポジションです。

【業務内容】

ポートフォリオ全体の重要インフラ（電気、機械、空調、消防・防災）を監督し、システムの冗長性・信頼性、リスク管理、顧客基準への適合を確保していただきます。設計責任を伴わないガバナンス・アシュアランス中心の役割で、高リスク作業や変更管理のレビュー、障害調査・根本原因分析の主導、現地の運用とリージョナルのエンジニアリング基準との整合を担当します。

マトリクス組織の中で各国のファシリティ・エンジニアリングチームを指導し、顧客ステークホルダーへの助言、ベンダー・コンサルタントの管理、予算・ライフサイクル計画・プロジェクトのリスクレビューの支援を行います。安全衛生を最重視する役割です。

A US-headquartered global integrated facilities management (IFM) provider (外資系 / 米系), supporting a global client's critical sites across Japan and Korea.

Location: Tokyo, with some business trips to Seoul | Permanent | ¥12M base + bonus

Own engineering resilience across a two-country critical portfolio.

If you've worked in banking or data center environments where downtime isn't an option, this role puts you in charge of engineering assurance across Japan and Korea.

What you'll do

You'll oversee critical infrastructure — electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fire/life-safety — across the portfolio, making sure systems are resilient, risks are controlled and client standards are met. This is a governance and assurance role (no design liability): you'll review high-risk work and change controls, lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis, and align local practice with regional engineering standards.

You'll guide country facilities and engineering teams in a matrix structure, advise client stakeholders, oversee vendors and consultants, and support budgets, lifecycle planning and project risk reviews, with a strong focus on health and safety.
