現場で機能する品質システムづくりに力を発揮し、監査対応をリードできる品質リーダーの方に。拠点レベルで大きな影響力を持つポジションです。

■業務内容

工場の品質システム（方針・プロセス・管理体制）を構築・維持し、ISO規格、国内外の規制、顧客要求事項への適合を確保していただきます。外部監査・顧客監査・内部監査の対応、四半期ごとの品質ステアリング会議や年次マネジメントレビューの運営、経営陣と連携した品質方針・拠点目標の策定を担当します。

また、TPMを含む継続的改善の推進、チームの管理・育成、拠点の品質予算管理、国レベルでの品質・サービス・コスト課題の解決もお任せします。

Quality Assurance Manager — Manufacturing

Location: Tokyo and Chiba · Permanent · Up to ¥10M package

Company: A US-headquartered global manufacturer (外資系 / 米系) with production sites in Tokyo and Chiba.

Own quality for a manufacturing site in Japan.

If you're a quality leader who enjoys making systems work on the shop floor, and you're comfortable leading audits, this is a site-level role with real influence.

What you'll do

You'll build and maintain the plant's quality systems — policies, processes and controls — so the site meets ISO standards, local and global regulations and customer requirements. You'll host external, customer and internal audits, run quarterly quality steering meetings and the annual management review, and work with leadership on the quality policy and site goals.

You'll also drive continuous improvement (including TPM), manage and develop your team, own the local quality budget, and solve quality, service and cost issues at country level.

【応募資格】・工学、化学、生物学、微生物学などの学士号

・製造またはR&Dにおける品質業務経験10年以上（うちマネジメント経験5年以上）

・リーン、シックスシグマ、TPM、5Sの実務経験（資格保有者歓迎）

・ISO 9001内部監査（リードオーディター）経験

・高いコミュニケーション力

・日本語：流暢、英語：ビジネスレベル

【歓迎条件】

・理系の修士号以上

・ヘルスケア、医薬部外品、化粧品製造における品質業務経験

・ISO 13485、GMP、ISO 22000のリードオーディター経験

What you bring

- Bachelor's in engineering, chemistry, biology, microbiology or similar

- 10+ years in manufacturing or R&D quality, including 5+ years managing people

- Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or 5S experience (certification preferred)

- ISO 9001 internal lead auditor experience

- Strong communication skills

- Fluent Japanese and business-level English

Nice to have

- Advanced technical degree

- Healthcare, quasi-drug or cosmetics manufacturing quality

- ISO 13485, GMP or ISO 22000 lead auditor experience
