PR/124146 | Electrical Control Leader

Our client is seeking an Electrical Control Leader to support automation and control system activities within a manufacturing environment. The role will focus on PLC programming, troubleshooting, machine improvements, and supporting production equipment reliability.

• Perform PLC programming, modification, and troubleshooting activities.

• Support machine automation and electrical control system improvements.

• Monitor and maintain sensors, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.

• Analyze electrical and automation-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve machine performance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and production efficiency.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Control, PLC, Automation, Sensors, or Industrial Control.

• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.

• Good understanding of sensors, instrumentation, and industrial automation systems.

• Good English communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.
