Senior Consultant - AIOps/GitHub/AI tools (I)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise adoption of AI driven development practices utilizing:
  • GitHub Copilot
  • GitHub Enterprise
  • GitHub Models
  • GitHub Actions
• AI-assisted code modernization tools
• Define AI enabled SDLC transformation roadmaps
• AIOps & Intelligent operations design
• GitHub & DevSecOps transformation migrations
• Identify and prioritize developer productivity use cases
• Develop adoption strategies, governance models, and success metrics
• Establish AI engineering best practices for large enterprise environments
• Work with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment

職務内容 (Key Responsibilities)

  • GitHub Copilot
  • GitHub Enterprise

• AIを活用したコードモダナイゼーションツールの導入・活用を推進する
• AIを活用したソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）変革のロードマップを策定す
• AIOpsおよびインテリジェントオペレーションの設計・推進を行う
• GitHubおよびDevSecOps変革・移行プロジェクトをリードする
• 開発者の生産性向上に向けたユースケースを特定し、優先順位付けを行う
• 導入戦略、ガバナンスモデル、および成功指標（KPI）を策定する
• 大規模エンタープライズ環境におけるAIエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスを確立する
• 変化の速い環境の中で、クロスファンクショナルなチームと連携しながら業務を推進する。

Required Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• citizens and those authorized to work in
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Transformation, or IT Operations
• Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience in at least one of the following:
  • AIOps
  • GitHub Enterprise Platform
  • AI-Assisted Software Development
  • DevSecOps Transformation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading GitHub migration programs from GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, SVN, or other legacy repositories
• Experience driving enterprise GitHub Copilot adoption and developer productivity programs
• Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Engineering, and Responsible AI frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

• ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、DevOps、プラットフォームエンジニアリング、クラウド変革（Cloud Transformation）、またはITオペレーションのいずれかの分野において、8年以上の実務経験を有すること。
• 以下のいずれかの領域において、3年以上のハンズオン経験を有すること
  • AIOpsの設計・導入・運用
  • GitHub Enterpriseプラットフォームの構築・運用
  • AIを活用したソフトウェア開発
  • DevSecOps導入および開発プロセス変革の推進。

歓迎スキル (Preferred Qualifications)

• GitLab、Bitbucket、Azure DevOps、SVNなどのソースコード管理基盤からGitHubへの移行プロジェクトを主導した経験
• GitHub Copilotの導入推進を通じて、開発者の生産性向上や開発プロセス改革を実現した経験
• Generative AI、Agentic AI、LLM、AI Engineering、およびResponsible AIに関する知識や実務経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびプレゼンテーション能力
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全般に関する理解と実務経験
• 多様な関係者と協力しながら円滑にプロジェクトを推進できる能力
