Your Role : Project Manager

This position will primarily be responsible to interface with clients and execute data and analytics projects successfully; Play an important role to prepare project plan, establish project governance, managing budgets, monitoring progress, collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading project team; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI, ML and GenAI programs and projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and execution strategies from project initiation through successful deployment and business adoption
• Manage vendor, partner, and client engagements, ensuring timely issue resolution, expectation management, and successful collaboration
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes, improve team productivity, and accelerate AI adoption
• Track and control the progress, project milestones, unforeseen delays and risks, then realign as per expectations
• Manage the project team effectively and deliver high quality work products
• Measure the project performance continuously and take actions as required
• Ensure good client experience

本ポジションでは、クライアントとの窓口として、データおよびアナリティクスプロジェクトを成功裏に遂行する責任を担っていただきます。また、プロジェクト計画の策定、プロジェクトガバナンスの確立、予算管理、進捗管理、社内ステークホルダーとの連携、およびプロジェクトチームのリードにおいて重要な役割を果たします。さらに、チームワークとコラボレーションを重視し、卓越した成果が評価され、多様性が尊重される学習文化の一員として活躍していただきます。

職務内容 (Key Responsibilities)

• アジャイル手法を活用し、AI、機械学習（ML）、生成AI（GenAI）に関するプログラムおよびプロジェクトをリード・管理し、合意されたスコープ、予算、品質、およびスケジュール内での確実なデリバリーを実現する。
• プロジェクトの立ち上げから本番導入およびビジネス活用定着までを対象として、包括的なプロジェクト計画、デリバリーロードマップ、リソース計画、および実行戦略を策定・維持する。
• ベンダー、パートナー、およびクライアントとの関係を管理し、課題の迅速な解決、適切な期待値管理、および円滑な協業を推進する。
• デリバリープロセスの最適化、チーム生産性の向上、およびAI活用の加速につながる改善機会を特定し、継続的改善の文化を醸成する。
• プロジェクトの進捗状況、主要マイルストーン、予期せぬ遅延、およびリスクを継続的に管理・把握し、必要に応じて計画や体制を見直して期待値との整合を図る。
• プロジェクトチームを効果的にマネジメントし、高品質な成果物の提供を推進する。
• プロジェクトパフォーマンスを継続的に測定・評価し、必要に応じて適切な改善施策を実施する。
• 優れた顧客体験（Client Experience）の実現と維持に努める。

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least Japan citizens and those authorized to work in

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, Gen AI, Data and Analytics domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• 認定機関における学士号、または同等の海外学位を有すること。なお、学歴の代替として、各学年に対して当該分野での3年間の段階的な実務経験を考慮する場合がある。
• IT（情報技術）分野において、12年以上の実務経験を有する。
• 日本国籍を有する方、または日本国内で就労可能な資格を有する方。なお、現時点ではビザスポンサーシップの提供は行っておりません。
• プロジェクトマネジメント分野において、10年以上の実務経験を有する。

歓迎スキル (Preferred Qualifications)
 

• プロジェクトマネジメント分野において、10年以上の実務経験を有すること。
• AI/ML、生成AI（GenAI）、データおよびアナリティクス領域において、5年以上の実務経験を有する。
• 優れた口頭および文書によるコミュニケーション能力を有する。
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する実務経験を有する。
• 多様な関係者が関与する環境において、チームの一員として効果的に協働できる能力を有する。

グローバルデリバリー環境での業務経験、またはそのような環境で働く意欲を有する。
