役割概要
本ポジションでは、主にクライアントおよび社内の主要ステークホルダーとの連携を担当します。AIプロジェクトの各フェーズにおいて、要件定義、ソリューション設計、データアーキテクチャおよび設計に関する高度な技術力を発揮し、AIアーキテクチャおよび設計成果物の策定に重要な役割を果たします。また、AIの標準、ガードレールおよびガバナンスの策定、開発プロセスの妥当性検証を行います。さらに、チームワークと協働を重視し、卓越した成果が評価され、多様性が尊重される学習文化の一員として活躍していただきます。

主な職務内容 (Key Responsibilities)

• AI、機械学習（ML）、生成AI（GenAI）、Agentic AI、データ＆アナリティクス分野において、クライアントに対する戦略的なアドバイスおよびソートリーダーシップを提供し、AI変革の推進を支援する。
• ビジネスおよび技術部門のステークホルダーと連携し、機能要件・非機能要件・セキュリティ・コンプライアンス・スケーラビリティ要件を把握したうえで、目標となるAIアーキテクチャを定義する。
• AI/MLプラットフォーム、生成AIアプリケーション、LLMベースのソリューション、RAGアーキテクチャ、AIエージェント、データプラットフォーム、クラウドネイティブAIエコシステムを含むエンドツーエンドのAIソリューションを設計・統括する。
• ビジネス要件と整合したAIアーキテクチャやソリューションロードマップを策定・提案し、ビジネス価値、ROI、拡張性および定量的成果を明確に示す。
• 基盤モデル（Foundation Models）、AIプラットフォーム、クラウドサービス、ベクトルデータベース、オーケストレーションフレームワーク、およびMLOps/LLMOpsの選定に関するアーキテクチャ議論をリードする。
• 社内ステークホルダーと協力し、顧客要件に沿ったAI管理基準、ガイドライン、ガバナンス原則およびポリシーを策定する。
• プリセールス活動、提案書作成、および顧客向けプレゼンテーションを担当する。
   

You Role
This position will primarily be responsible to interface with client and internal key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the data project including requirements elicitation, solutioning, data architecture and design; play an important role in creating the high level data architecture and design artifacts; outlining data management standards and governance; validating the development process; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

• AI/ML、データアーキテクチャ、およびソリューション設計分野で10年以上の経験を有すること。

歓迎スキル (Preferred Qualifications)

• AI/ML、Agentic AIアーキテクチャ、ソリューション設計、データサイエンス、およびAIガバナンス分野で8年以上の経験。
• AI/MLおよびデータ領域において、AIソリューションの設計、開発、導入、運用を含む5年以上の経験。
• 生成AI、Large Language Models（LLM）、Foundation Models、プロンプトエンジニアリング、Retrieval-Augmented Generation（RAG）、AIエージェント、およびAI Copilotプラットフォームに関する高い専門知識。
• Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウド環境における、スケーラブルなAIアーキテクチャ、AIプラットフォーム、およびMLOps/LLMOpsフレームワークの設計・実装経験。
• Responsible AI（責任あるAI）、AIガバナンス、モデルライフサイクル管理、セキュリティ、プライバシーおよびコンプライアンス要件に関する十分な理解。
• 優れた口頭および文書コミュニケーション能力。
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する経験。
• 多様なステークホルダーが関与する環境でチームワークを発揮できる能力。
• グローバルデリバリー環境での業務経験、またはそのような環境で働く意欲。

Required Qualifications

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Data & Analytics initiatives, helping shape their AI transformation journey
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand functional, non-functional, security, compliance, and scalability requirements, and define the target state AI architecture
• Design and govern end-to-end AI solutions, including AI/ML platforms, Generative AI applications, LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, AI agents, data platforms, and cloud native AI ecosystems
• Develop and present business aligned AI architectures and solution roadmaps, clearly demonstrating business value, ROI, scalability, and measurable outcomes for client use cases
• Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on the selection of foundation models, AI platforms, cloud services, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps practices
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and outline AI management standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies aligning to the client requirements
• Pre-sales activities, proposal creation and client presentation

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5years of experience in AI/ML and Data domain, including the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of AI-driven solutions
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and AI Copilot platforms
• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI architectures, AI platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Good understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, model lifecycle management, security, privacy, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
