Sales Manager

1：Assist the regional customers for meeting in Shanghai with the Top management and factory visit ；
2：Help the front sales to enter the orders in CRM/SAP system and track the approval process with various
department；
3：Coordinate with the finance and legal team for contract negotiation and signing；
4：Preparation of PI and follow up with the customer for down payment and LC opening；
5：Coodinate with the customer and internal departments for the capacity booking speciality internal
approvals and order tracking；
6：Coordination with the logistics and eam and the shipping line to assure the timely dispatch of the
shipping documents to the the customer.

1：At least 3 years background and experience of working in Solar PV company in in the similar sales
support role；
2：Very good understanding of the complete sales process including documentation and exports；
3：Also have some basic understanding of solar PV modules and business；
4：：Be adept at Chinese and Japanese both in spoken and written.
