Company Overview
Medical gas manufacturer in the medical industry is hiring for a QMS Manager / Specialist position. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while leading production teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers broad collaboration across quality, supply chain, maintenance, and warehouse functions, allowing you to make a direct impact on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

仕事内容
・製造現場の運営をリードし、製品の安定生産および顧客への納期遵守を推進する。
・安全文化の醸成を図り、労働安全衛生に関するルール遵守を徹底する。
・製造チームのマネジメント、人材育成、評価管理、シフト調整およびチームミーティングの運営を行う。
・医療機器の製造が規格・基準に準拠して効率的に行われるよう管理し、生産指標を継続的にモニタリングする。
・サプライチェーン部門やカスタマーリレーション部門と連携し、生産計画の達成を推進する。
・品質部門、設備保全部門、倉庫部門と協力し、製品品質の維持、設備管理、在庫管理を行う。
・継続的改善活動や各種プロジェクトを推進し、環境目標の達成を支援する。

Job Description
・Lead manufacturing operations and support the stable production and delivery of products to customers.
・Promote workplace safety, enhance safety awareness, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
・Manage and develop production team members, oversee performance management, coordinate schedules, and facilitate team meetings.
・Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and in compliance with applicable manufacturing standards while monitoring production performance indicators.
・Coordinate with supply chain and customer relations teams to ensure adherence to production schedules.
・Work closely with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure product conformity, equipment reliability, inventory accuracy, and effective issue resolution.
・Drive continuous improvement activities and operational projects while supporting environmental objectives within the organization.

・工学系または関連分野の学位をお持ちの方。
・医薬関連の品質保証等品質関連のご経験
・製造現場での品質管理、安全管理、改善活動に携わった経験をお持ちの方。

【Qualifications】
・Master Degree in Engineering or BAC
・Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other manufacturing environments requiring high-level quality control
・Business English and Japanese level
・Ability to support quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
