BioProcess Sales Specialist

Responsible for driving business growth and market adoption of chromatography and bioprocess solutions within the biopharmaceutical industry. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting downstream processing needs, and expanding the adoption of life sciences solutions across biopharma manufacturers, CDMOs, and research organizations in Japan.

Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
Sales experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries.
Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
Business-level English communication skills, including participation in meetings, presentations, and written communication.
Strong customer-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Japan to support customer engagement and business growth.

Preferred
Experience selling chromatography resins, downstream processing products, or

bioprocessing solutions. ? Experience working with biopharmaceutical manufacturers and/or CDMOs.
Knowledge of downstream processing and purification applications.
Technical sales experience within the life sciences industry.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
