Responsibilities / Tasks
You will participate in a vehicle security-related service development project for a Japanese automobile manufacturer and be involved in the development and management of applications used globally.
You will gain experience in a wide range of tasks, from business planning and launch to the procurement and management of external personnel. There is also a career path to leading projects as a leader in the future, providing an environment where you can acquire a wide range of skills and experience as a business person.


Expected Responsibilities
You will participate in a mobility security project for a major Japanese automobile manufacturer.

Upstream Process PM for Security-Related Systems

• Stationed at the customer's development department, conducting business planning and system requirements definition with user departments.
• Communicating specifications to system development vendors and managing development.
• System risk assessment and penetration test planning.
• Adjusting system specifications with overseas customers.

Existing System Management and Operation

• Handling various applications and inquiries from user departments.
• Coordinating with development vendors, operation outsourcing partners, and internal customer relations regarding system operation.

Interpretation and Translation

• Provide interpretation and translation support for various meetings and business visitors, including interpretation at business dinners and other social events as needed.

Expected Tasks

• Manage and promote development projects as the primary person in charge of system development under client stakeholders. 
• Communication and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Building and managing relationships with domestic and international clients. (*High Japanese language proficiency is required when dealing with domestic clients.) 
• Hearing about problems and challenges faced by clients, conducting problem analysis in collaboration with the technical team, and explaining and proposing solutions developed by the technical team to clients. 
• Business development according to client needs (service upselling, proposal of new products and services, etc.). 
• Providing support for overseas clients during their visits to Japan, as needed.
   

Other Information

• Location: Nagoya City or Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture
• Working Hours: 9:00–17:45 (7 hours and 45 minutes of actual work, with a 60-minute break)
• Working Style: Hybrid (remote work approximately 1–2 days per week)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-perm
• Selection Process: Document screening → SPI test → Interviews (multiple rounds planned)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Interpersonal communication skills
• As this job involves handling highly confidential information, the applicant must understand the importance of confidential information and be able to manage and handle it appropriately.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (TOEIC 850 or higher) ※Able to provide interpretation and translation for various meetings and business visitors.
   

Preferred Skill & Experience

• Project management experience (2 years or more)
• Leader/sub-leader experience
• Knowledge of encrypted communications and PKI
• Experience dealing with overseas vendors and overseas customers

Qualifications

• Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination
• Certified Information Security Specialist
