The Utility & Building Maintenance Supervisor role supports the efficient and reliable operation of utility systems, facility equipment, and building services within a food manufacturing environment. The position also plans maintenance activities, supervises the maintenance team, and helps maintain appropriate safety standards.

• Ensure all utility and facility equipment operates efficiently and reliably to support daily operations

• Monitor utility usage and conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance requirements

• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities and supervise the maintenance team

• Maintain safety standards and support the effective operation of mechanical and electrical systems

• Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure availability when required

• Experience in utility and building maintenance

• Experience in the food manufacturing industry would be an advantage

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
