This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced capacity planning professional to take on a strategic role within a global manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage capacity plans to support business demand and manufacturing growth.

• Analyze demand forecasts, capacity utilization, and resource requirements to identify gaps and risks.

• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure operational readiness.

• Support new product introductions, production ramp-ups, and capacity expansion initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.

• Prepare capacity reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.

• Proficient in Excel and planning/ERP systems; Power BI experience is an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred.
