A company providing IT and technical solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support technical solution design, customer consultation, and project implementation.

Job Description

• Conduct site surveys, analyze customer requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare technical drawings, equipment lists, quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation and handover.

• Monitor project estimates, drawings, schedules, and documentation.

• Provide technical consultation to customers and research new products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in technical design, implementation, and project management.

• Strong networking knowledge and practical understanding of ELV, CCTV, IBS, and related systems.

• Experience in site surveys, testing and commissioning, shop drawings, and technical documentation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Fluent English, strong communication.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and travel frequently.
