A leading global insurance company is seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives in Japan. This role focuses on technical leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder management, working closely with global IAM teams, engineers, application owners, and external vendors to deliver enterprise IAM solutions.

Responsibilities:
-Lead IAM initiatives and manage project delivery in collaboration with global IAM and cybersecurity teams
-Drive the implementation and integration of IAM solutions, including SSO, Federation, Ping Identity, and SiteMinder
-Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for engineering teams and vendors
-Lead technical discussions on IAM architecture and integration with application, infrastructure, and security teams
-Manage engineers and vendors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
-Identify and resolve technical issues, project risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
-Manage stakeholders, provide regular progress updates, and escalate key issues to senior management

グローバル大手保険会社にて、IAM Delivery Lead（ID・アクセス管理デリバリーリード）を募集しています。本ポジションでは、日本におけるIAM施策の推進およびプロジェクトデリバリーを担当し、グローバルのIAMチーム、エンジニア、アプリケーション担当者、外部ベンダーと連携しながら、エンタープライズ向けIAMソリューションの導入・実装をリードしていただきます。

業務内容：

-ステークホルダーとの調整、定期的な進捗報告、および重要課題の上位マネジメントへのエスカレーションを担当

-5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably in enterprise environments
-Strong understanding of SSO, Federation, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
-Experience with Ping Identity and/or SiteMinder
-Good understanding of HTTP protocols, session management, and cookie management
-Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, directory services, and identity management concepts
-Proven experience leading IAM projects, coordinating technical teams, and managing vendors
-Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and delivery management skills
-Experience working with global IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams
-Business-level English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above, with strong spoken Japanese)
-A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

-コンピューターサイエンス関連の学士号、または同等の実務経験
