Location: Tokyo, Japan

Note: Candidates must currently reside in Japan and possess a valid work visa.

• Design and develop LLM-powered applications and services
• Build prompt-engineering and orchestration pipelines using modern AI frameworks
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector database integrations
• Build scalable backend services and APIs
• Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud infrastructure
• Benchmark, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, C++, or Rust
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience developing and deploying software applications
• Experience building or integrating LLM-based solutions
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business-level English communication skills

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
• Japanese language ability (N3+ preferred)
• Open-source contributions or AI side projects
• Experience evaluating AI model performance and conducting experiments
