募集要項
・Lead accounting activities for 6 Japan entities under the FORVIA Group.
・Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings under both IFRS and J-GAAP.
・Oversee statutory and group audits, balance sheet reviews, and accounting compliance.
・Partner with Controllers, business teams, auditors, and the China Shared Service Center.
・Support tax accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting to HQ in France.
・Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives across Finance.

スキル・資格
・10+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
・Strong knowledge of IFRS and J-GAAP
・Hands-on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
・Audit management and statutory reporting experience
・Ability to work with regional/global stakeholders and shared service centers
・Business-level English communication skills
・Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
・Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
・CPA, equivalent accounting qualification, or strong technical accounting background is a plus
