Demand & Supply Planner

Develop supply plans based on sales performance, inventory levels, market trends, and commercial activities
Analyze supply plans and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness
Coordinate lead times, replenishment schedules, and product availability with internal and external partners
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrated business planning processes
Facilitate regular communication and information sharing across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other key functions
Monitor inventory performance and manage risks related to stock shortages and excess inventory
Establish appropriate inventory targets and oversee replenishment activities
Develop supply plans for product launches, seasonal items, promotional activities, and other special initiatives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and recommend improvement actions
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across planning activities

5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, operations planning, or related areas
Experience with demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and integrated business planning processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced business environment
