PR/096317 | Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the factory.
  Supervise production activities on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations.

• Train, guide, and manage factory workers.

• Monitor production schedules and progress to meet operational targets.

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team to maintain product quality standards.

• Implement and maintain 5S practices and workplace safety regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.

• Prepare operational reports and communicate factory performance to Japanese management. 

Requirements

• Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3 or above preferred).

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485; experience working under these standards is an advantage.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Responsible, proactive, and committed to long-term employment.
