PR/096312 | Deputy Plant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Plant Manager to lead Production, Quality, and New Product Development for an international manufacturer specializing in precision electronics.

The role will play a key part in launching and scaling a new Thin Film Heater for Automotive Camera applications, while driving manufacturing excellence, automation, quality, and productivity improvement.

Working in My Phuoc - Binh Duong city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Production, Quality, and New Product Development activities.

• Manage new product industrialization and mass-production ramp-up.

• Drive yield, Cpk, line balancing, productivity, and cost improvements.

• Lead semi-automation and automation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and automotive customer requirements.

• Support APQP, PPAP, process validation, problem-solving, and customer audits.

• Develop engineering and production teams and drive continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years of experience in FPCB, flexible electronics, or precision electronics manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of FPCB wet chemical processes, especially chemical etching, undercut/etch-factor control, and yield optimization.

• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, Cpk, and automotive quality systems.

• Proven leadership experience in Production / Process Engineering / Manufacturing / Quality / NPI.

• Experience with multinational or Tier-1 electronics manufacturers is highly preferred.

• Fluent business English.

• Good business sense; experience in the tyre or automotive industry is an advantage.
