PR/096304 | MEP Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review technical documents including design drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

• Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, safety, and schedule compliance.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.
  Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

• Support project management activities and reporting requirements.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• More than 10 years of experience in MEP design and construction.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or equivalent position.

• Solid knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and building systems.

• Experience in residential, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects is preferred.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel when required.
