Company and Job Overview

Our client is a leading global technology company and one of the world's largest providers of ICT and networking solutions. They are currently seeking a Network Security Device Deployment and Integration Engineer to support the deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and delivery of network security solutions for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, or related fields.

• Experience in implementing and delivering network or security products.

• Experience in the deployment and integration of security solutions such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, Firewall, SandBox, and similar products.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking technologies, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN, and VPN.

• Familiar with the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices from major vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, H3C, and Ruijie.

• Experience with Linux administration and basic Shell or Python scripting.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump.

• Good communication skills, team spirit, documentation skills, and customer-facing experience.

• Able to work under pressure, continuously learn new technologies, and travel for short-term business trips when required.

   

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, debug, and integrate network security products, including SIEM, NDR, EDR, Firewalls, and SandBox solutions.

• Perform system deployment, configuration changes, go-live support, acceptance testing, and project delivery activities to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.

• Configure and optimize security policies and solutions based on customer requirements and technical designs.

• Conduct functional testing, compatibility testing, and onsite validation to ensure system stability before delivery.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and respond to operational incidents.

• Investigate and resolve software and system-related faults involving network security solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance to customers on product usage and issue resolution.
