Company and Job Overview

Our client is a leading global technology company and one of the world's largest providers of ICT and networking solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced IP Engineer to join their technical team, supporting enterprise customers in network design, implementation, deployment, troubleshooting, and service migration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise networking or network security solutions.

• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies.

• Proficient in IP routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP, including solution design, deployment, and migration.

• Experience with network automation and SDN platforms; Huawei iMaster NCE is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network solutions, including Backbone, Metro, WAN, SRV6, and Data Center Networks (DCN).

• Provide post-sales technical support, including network design, deployment, migration, and optimization.

• Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot enterprise networking products, including routers, switches, and Huawei iMaster NCE.

• Design, deploy, and migrate IP network services based on protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.

• Support customers in incident response, issue resolution, and network performance tuning.

• Collaborate with R&D and GTAC teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.

• Deliver technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and partners.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, operational guides, and change records.
