Position: Design NPD- Assistant Manager 

Location: Hansalpur, Gujarat 

Skill: Auto Cad, 2D, 3D

• Design innovative production techniques and provide support to existing ones for new design roll out.

• Generating ideas for new products and researching feasibility in terms of profitability, resource availability and compliance with regulations.

• Involve and create complete history during New Product Development.

• Coordinating with Sales / Planning department personnel for relevant details.

• Coordinating with QC/QA Department for Job / Process Approval.

• Coordinating with Planner / Scheduler for smooth flow of jobs.

• Maintain data and files as per company Procedures.

• Producing the job in the sample cutter to support the production department.

• Create day to day interaction with customer to follow PO and other service related activities and build good rapport.

• Ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated to production.

• Responsible for overall functions & operations of the development dept.

• Ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated to production.

• Co-ordinates for the submission of Quotation & first article.

• Upon approval turn into pilot lot production based on the feedback to initiate Mass production.

• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained properly if any issue is address and close the loop with actions and communicate to management.

• Ensure proper Customer Relationship Management.

• Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time.

• Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and Bill of Material (BOM).

• Identify customers for generating revenues for the organizations.

• Achieve order bookings as per the monthly budgeted targets.

• Maintain a harmonious relationship with the customers - External and internal.

• Establishing new market and new products.
