Our client, Data Centre Based Company, aggressively looking for suitable candidates

JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES 

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve management systems for ISO27001(ISMS), ISO22301(BCMS), and ISO20000-1(SMS) standards. Be the point of contact for certification audits and drive timely closure of audit findings to achieve and maintain certifications. Lead site-specific and customer-specific audits, attestations, and compliance exercises.

• Support the deployment and administration of ITSM tools and the customer support portal; provide user training and technical support. Escalate issues to outsourced vendors for timely resolution

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Possession of relevant facilities management and/or data centre related certifications, such as ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, etc.
  At least 5 years of experience in data centre or telecom industry.

• Experience in critical infrastructure or services operations.
  Experience in handling ISO audits and certifications.

• Experience in operations support systems and tools.
  Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
