募集要項
Teach Japanese language classes to students preparing for work or study opportunities in Japan.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Monitor and evaluate students' learning progress.
Support students in improving their Japanese communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Provide guidance and motivation to help students achieve their Japanese proficiency targets.
Conduct mock tests and preparation sessions for Japanese language examinations.
Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve learning programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Literature, Japanese Language Education, or related fields.
JLPT N2 or above preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Japanese language.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about education and student development.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with Japanese culture and business etiquette is an advantage.
