Site Engineer / Construction Management (施工管理)

Our client is a very stable, profitable construction firm with a diverse, international workforce, long-term stable client contracts, low overtime and excellent HR support.

They are hiring Site Engineers for government-related construction and renovation projects in the Kanto area.

Main duties

• Site management: schedule, quality, safety and cost
• Prepare work schedules, quantity take-offs and estimates
• Coordinate subcontractors and order materials
• Review shop drawings and submittals
• Run safety briefings and site inspections

Work environment

• Bilingual team; English is used with clients
• Bonuses and annual raises

Must

• 3+ years of construction site management experience (building, civil, electrical, plumbing or HVAC)
• Business-level Japanese
• Driver's licence (automatic OK)

• 1st- or 2nd-class construction management licence (施工管理技士)
• English at daily conversation level or above, or willingness to use English at work
• AutoCAD
