System architect

• Analyze stakeholders, customer, and system requirements. 
• Define logical, technical, and physical system architecture for Telematics Control Unit (TCU) products. 
• Perform functional analysis, requirement decomposition, and system scope definition. 
• Define system interfaces and derive system element requirements. 
• Support technical risk assessment, problem analysis, and cross-functional design reviews. 
• Collaborate with software, hardware, mechanical, test, safety, cybersecurity, and project teams.  
• Support verification planning and system integration activities. 
• Participate in architecture governance and stakeholder management across global teams

Skill:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Japanese and English. 
• Total 10+ years experience, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Min 5 years of experience as a Senior Systems Design Engineer 
• Min 3 years of project experience in the Automotive domains. 
• Min 1 year of technical leadership experience in projects, working groups, or technical teams. 
• Experience working in an international environment with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
