Bilingual Security Support Engineer

We are looking for a Bilingual Security Support Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise security operations project in Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities
• Firewall administration and security policy management
• URL filtering and whitelist/blacklist management
• Endpoint security (AV/EDR) monitoring and support
• Email security administration and investigation
• Security incident handling and troubleshooting
• Active Directory administration
• User support and security-related inquiries
• Security operations reporting and documentation
• Coordination with Japanese and global teams

Requirements
• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure or Security Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with firewall, Active Directory, and endpoint security
• Experience handling security incidents and troubleshooting
• JLPT N2 or higher
• Business-level English
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Enterprise environment experience preferred

SOC, Microsoft Defender, network security, security governance/compliance, and automotive/manufacturing experience are a plus.
