A company operating a port facility is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee container handling equipment and ensure reliable port operations.

Location: Ba Ria - Vung tau

Job Description

• Manage maintenance and repair of container handling equipment, including port cranes and related machinery.

• Plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.

• Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, with a focus on mechanical systems and hydraulics.

• Lead a maintenance team of approximately 10 employees.

• Coordinate maintenance of port facilities and provide support during urgent breakdowns outside regular working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining container handling equipment or similar heavy equipment.

• Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge; hydraulic experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance planning.

• Experience supervising a maintenance team.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Willingness to support emergencies outside regular working hours.

• Ability to commute to the Phu My area.
