【Job Overview】
We are looking for a Sales / Customer Relations professional to join a major Japanese real estate developer.
You will serve as the main point of contact for Taiwanese customers, providing a wide range of support related to residential and commercial properties.

【Job Responsibilities】
・Residential properties: Leasing, sales, resale, short-term stay reservations, and coordination with agents
・Commercial properties: Event planning, tenant promotions, and advertising activities
・Responding to inquiries from residents, property owners, and prospective residents
・Planning and organizing events
・Attracting and recruiting new residents
・Coordinating with agents regarding property sales
・Collaborating with the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and participating in new city tours
・Other related duties

・Bachelor’s degree or above
