PR/096261 | MEP Quantity Surveyor

1. Job Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off and measurement for MEP works (mainly in ACMV) based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents. 

• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP works.

• Coordinate with the QS/engineering team to clarify drawing discrepancies and scope requirements. 

• Compare revised drawings and update quantities accordingly. 

• Ensure BOQs are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required deadline.

• Communicate and coordinate with the Singapore QS team regarding measurement, scope clarification, drawing revisions, and BOQ updates. 

• Follow project-specific measurement requirements, specifications, and client standards.

1. Job requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP Engineering, Construction, or a related field. 

Experience

• Experience in MEP quantity take-off / cost estimation is preferred. 

• Good understanding of ACMV/HVAC systems and MEP services. 

• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents. 

• Ability to accurately measure quantities and prepare BOQs. 

• Good MS Office skills. 

• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. 

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 

• Good communication and coordination skills. 

• English communication skills sufficient for working with overseas QS teams. 

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
