JAC's client, an industrial real estate investment company is looking for a M&E Engineer position.
Location: Dong Nai Province

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise M&E works for industrial park projects, including factories, warehouses, office buildings, and utility facilities.

• Review M&E designs and work with consultants and contractors to ensure project quality and schedule.

• Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and verify completed work and contractor payments.

• Support testing, handover, safety compliance, and issue resolution during construction.

• Handle maintenance and repair of M&E systems during operation, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E) or related fields.
• At least 5 years of site-based construction experience, preferably in large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working for developers, project owners, or supervision consultants is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction project management, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
