The Chemist R&D Staff role focuses on developing new textile products and dyeing methods to support production operations. This position combines chemical research, colour development, experimentation, and collaboration with production teams to translate client requirements into practical manufacturing solutions.

• Develop new textile products and methods for dyeing processes.

• Gather and analyse client requirements to determine suitable dyeing and production methods.

• Conduct colour matching and develop appropriate dyeing formulations.

• Perform R&D experiments and document research results.

• Collaborate with production teams to support product implementation.

• Diploma (D4), Bachelor's degree (S1), or Master's degree (S2) in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, or a related field from a reputable university.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an R&D role.

• Textile dyeing or textile manufacturing R&D experience is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of chemical compounds and dyeing processes.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of research methodology.
