This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead solution architecture and design for Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP). 

• Design and support payment system integrations. 

• Drive payment system implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects. 

• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and vendors on solution delivery. 

• Provide technical guidance and architecture recommendations. 

• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues. 

• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution. 

• Provide Level 3 production support for critical payment applications. 

• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security. 

• Prepare solution design and architecture documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 

• Atleast 8 years of solution architecture, application design, or system integration experience within banking/financial environment. 

• Atleast 1 years of hands-on experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP). 

• Strong knowledge of payment systems (RTGS, real-time, domestic, and cross-border payments). 

• Experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging. 

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. 

• Experience providing Level 3 Production/Application Support. 

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with cloud, containers, or DevOps tools is good to have.

• Payment transformation, modernization, or migration project experience is good to have.

• Knowledge of FAST, PayNow, SWIFT, MEPS+, or other payment networks is good to have.
