SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are looking for a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Engineer with experience in the design and implementation of large-scale solutions and platforms, with strong expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, IIS, PowerShell, and related technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in the design and implementation of large-scale solutions and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of installations, configurations, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of all SharePoint and IIS versions.
• Strong knowledge of IIS deployment and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of migrating out-of-the-box or third-party workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Farm deployments, migrations, patching, and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of backup and restore of SharePoint and IIS.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge in SharePoint and IIS troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of best industry practices.
• The applicant will have exceptional verbal and communication qualities and be able to present and communicate technical designs and solutions to peers.
• Interact clearly with on-shore project teams.
• Own and represent specific solutions detailed designs through to deployment and acceptance by delivery.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive is a must.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization, Windows AD, Exchange, DNS, and Microsoft clusters.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Strong customer focus, communication skills, and excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• Should be a good team player and individual performer as well.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities.
• Exceptional written skills are required for solution documentation creation for both technical and non-technical material.
• A self-driven team player with a flexible and dynamic style, able to work with minimum supervision, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
