Junior IT Governance & Security Specialist

One of Japan's larger IT Trading System providers is now looking for a Junior Security Engineer.

You will monitor and respond to security alerts, perform triage and investigations, manage client tickets, collaborate with teams on incident response, and engage in security projects. You will stay updated on emerging threats, conduct risk assessments, and implement security strategies to protect systems and data. As a technical focal point for security solutions, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure alignment with industry standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor SIEM/SOAR platforms and respond to suspicious or abnormal alerts in a timely manner.
- Perform initial triage and investigation of alerts, using multiple data sources and documenting findings.
- Manage and resolve client tickets, including tracking and follow-up on ongoing security incidents.
- Collaborate with Incident Response and cross-functional teams to support investigations and security initiatives.
- Stay up to date on emerging threats, including CVEs and known exploits, and apply insights to daily operations.
- Serve as a technical focal point for security solutions such as firewalls, WAF, NAC, TLS/SSL, DNS security, and vulnerability tools.
- Demonstrate expertise in web security, patch management, and core security domains (e.g., email security, IPS).
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and compliance checks to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and best practices to protect systems, networks, and data.
- Secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), implement cloud security tools (CSPM, CIEM, CWPP), and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.

業務詳細
- ITガバナンスおよびコンプライアンス対応：ITガバナンスポリシー・フレームワークの策定と運用。ISO、NIST、IPA、FISCなどの規制・業界標準に準拠した対応
- リスクマネジメント：ITおよびシステム関連のリスクの特定・評価・モニタリング。リスクレジスターの管理、サプライチェーン・ベンダーリスク管理（SCRM）の監督補助
- 監査・アシュアランス対応：内部監査チームと連携し、IT内部監査や外部監査（規制監査含む）への対応、指摘事項の是正措置のフォローアップ
- インシデントマネジメント：インシデントの検知・エスカレーション・解決の調整、根本原因分析と予防策の実施
- 事業継続・レジリエンス：BCP/DR（災害復旧）計画の策定・テスト・実行支援。ITと事業の継続性確保
- 予算・財務管理補助：企業全体のIT予算策定・コスト分析・財務計画の補助。経営目標に沿った予算執行支援
- プロジェクトマネジメント支援：ITおよび他部門連携プロジェクトへの参画。プロジェクト成功に向けたガバナンス、リスク、コンプライアンスの観点からの支援
