Company Overview
A company in the wellness and hospitality services industry is hiring a Membership Sales Associate & Receptionist.
Job Description
Welcome members and guests and create a warm first impression.
Introduce membership options and convert inquiries into tours, trials, and sign-ups.
Follow up with leads and identify opportunities for upgrades and additional sales.
Handle calls, emails, social media, and Zalo inquiries.
Build relationships with members through regular events and day-to-day interactions.
Qualifications
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Warm, outgoing, and people-oriented.
Comfortable working toward sales targets and following up with leads.
Able to learn booking and CRM systems quickly.
Previous sales, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Reliable, organised, professional, and able to multitask.
Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, or customer service is a plus.
