JAC's client is hiring QA Team Leader/ Manager 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• At least 3 years of management experience in a similar position.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of ISO and IATF management systems and audit requirements.

• Experience in coordinating internal audits and driving shop-floor improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, and customer requirements.

• Ensure product quality during mass production.

• Manage supplier changes and internal engineering/process changes.

• Support the Deputy General Director in monitoring KPI progress.

• Support Japanese management in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.

• Follow up and verify the implementation of corrective actions resulting from customer audits.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
