About the role:

Act as the sole finance and accounting professional in Indonesia, managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow, and import/export finance activities. Ensure compliance with Indonesian PSAK and tax regulations while supporting reporting requirements for both local and regional management. This individual contributor role reports directly to the General Manager (Expat) in Indonesia and maintains a functional reporting line to the Regional Finance team in China.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounting, month-end closing, and statutory financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian PSAK.

• Manage tax compliance, including PPN, PPh 21/23/25, Corporate Income Tax, e-Faktur, and DJP filing.

• Oversee import/export finance and tax processes, including VAT refunds and customs-related accounting.

• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, expense control, and audit coordination.

• Support financial reporting to regional headquarters and maintain compliance with local regulations.
   

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within a foreign-owned company.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and import/export transactions.

• Proficient in foreign currency accounting and cross-border transactions.

• Business-level English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.​‌
