PR/124053 | Coal Fired Power Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervision, monitoring and coordination with PLN and service provider company based on O&M Agreement that related to Work Procedures, Plant Modifications, Spare Parts, Outage Management, Operator Reports, etc.
- Reporting, updating, and take follow up action related with production, outage, or unit’s disturbances.
- Support and or make regular report (weekly, monthly, annual) and production report.
- Occasionally supporting Insurance renewal process related to plant Operational & Maintenance.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the Department and Company’s management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduated from reputable university preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering background
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Coal Fired Power Plant or similar industry and have very good understanding of power plant process
- Knowledge of Power Plant operational, maintenance practices and contract in general
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and computer literate
- Working knowledge in developing procedures, presentation materials and reporting
- Quick and enthusiastic learner, pay attention to the details
