Instead of a traditional vendor setup, you will work directly within an internal global tech organization as a true "business enabler." You will collaborate closely with US and global security teams, supporting diverse business divisions, platforms, and cutting-edge technologies with high autonomy.

• Required Experience (Any of the following):

  • Experience in Cloud Engineering, System Administration, or IT Security Operations (SOC, Incident Response, Cloud Security).

  • OR Experience in Software Development / Infrastructure engineering with an interest in Security automation.

  • OR Experience as a PMO, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in global/IT/DX environments.

• Language Skills: Business English & Business Japanese (or willingness to work in a bilingual global environment)

• Mindset: Proactive problem solver, open to global collaboration, eager to continuously learn and adapt to dynamic cloud/tech environments.

  • クラウド（AWS/Azure/GCP等）の構築・運用経験、または社内IT/SOC/インシデント対応等のセキュリティ業務経験

  • インフラ/ソフトウェア開発経験があり、セキュリティの自動化やシフト左（Security by Design）に関心のある方

  • IT/DX領域におけるPMO・プロジェクトマネジメント・スクラムマスターのご経験

• 語学力： ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語（グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが発生します）
